Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds will only be considered within 7 days of the initial purchase date. Refunds are not applicable for coaching sessions that have already taken place.

Refunds for digital products, courses, & memberships are only considered within 3 days of purchase if the product or course has not been accessed or downloaded.

Procedure for Refund Requests:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Name]."Provide the order number, date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request. AW MASTERMIND Coaching will review the request and respond within 5 business days.

Exceptions:

In exceptional circumstances, AW MASTERMIND may consider refund requests outside the specified policy. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Chargeback Consequences

If you initiate a chargeback for a monthly membership payment:

Your membership will be immediately suspended, All access to services will be terminated, Your account will be flagged for review, You may be permanently banned from future services. Additional fees may be assessed, The dispute will be contested with evidence of service delivery.
